Who we are

Alessandro Valentini is the founder and CEO of Dioscuri Film Group srl, a Rome-based consulting firm that caters to the global media industry. Dioscuri Film Group has engaged in a broad range of advisory transactions in the broadcasting and communications sectors, with special emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financings for media clients. For more than seven years he has dealt with European libraries of movies, trading licensing rights and IP due diligence processes.

He has evaluated investments in the wireless industry, telecoms and internet sectors, coordinated with major European universities for technology spin-offs, and served as a Senior Advisor for Europe to the merchant bank M&A Media Group LLC focused on the TMT industries.

Mr. Valentini has taught multimedia economics at Cinecittà in Rome and has advised clients on projects involving digital content protection. His network of relationships extends into academia, banking and financial services, technology and telecoms, family offices and venture capital and private equity houses. After receiving his B.S. in economics from Luiss University, Alessandro earned an M.B.A from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Mr. Valentini lives in Rome where he represents WJ Hopper & Co. Limited in Italy, Southern Europe and the Middle East.
