Who we are

André Smit is the Principal at Multinvestimentos Consultoria Empresarial Ltda, a financial advisory firm based out of São Paulo, Brazil, specialized in the structuring and placement of financing for middle market turnarounds, growth financing and buyouts, as well as projects in the real estate, infrastructure and private equity segments.

His previous work includes international business development experience working for the Pacific Basin Economic Council, Nortel Networks and DirecTV Latin America, being involved in projects such as the introduction of interactive television services throughout Latin America. Most recently, he served as an export management consultant in the development of international operations for Brazilian companies. Mr. Smit holds a degree in international relations from Hawaii Pacific University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
