Who we are

David C. Levinger (Regional Representative - Nordic Region) has over 12 years of international investment banking, business development and strategic consulting. He is Chairman and Chief Executive of Aura Capital Partners ehf based in Reykjavik Iceland. David was formerly Managing Partner at ITC and Head of ITC's Investor Services practice, an independent strategic consulting, investment advisory and corporate services boutique specializing in the Nordic region. Prior to this he was Group Head of Business Development and Vice President of Corporate Finance at Kaupthing Bank, the pan-Nordic investment and commercial bank. During this period Kaupthing Bank completed 15 acquisitions and was amongst the fastest growing banks in the world.

David previously held positions of Director of Business Development at deCODE Genetics Inc, one of Europe's largest independent biotech companies and was Senior Consultant at Gemini Consulting, the global strategic consulting firm now part of Cap Gemini Group.

He is the representative of the Swedish Government's Invest in Sweden Agency for Iceland and a member of the advisory board of the European Commission's Life Sciences Partnering China & Europe Programme. David C. Levinger, born in London, UK, is a science graduate of St. John's College, Oxford and University College London.
