Who we are

Fernando Barbosa is the Principal at Multinvestimentos Consultoria Empresarial Ltda, a financial advisory firm based out of São Paulo, Brazil, specialized in the structuring and placement of financing for middle market turnarounds, growth financing and buyouts, as well as projects in the real estate, infrastructure and private equity segments. His experience spans over 15 years working for large companies in the consulting and financial segments, such as KPMG, Ernst & Young, as well as boutique private equity and investment banking firms in the United States and Brazil. 

Mr. Barbosa has participated in projects for the technology, service/logistics, export, real estate and mining and energy industries. He has a strong experience in external audits, M&A, due diligence, structured operation and investment analysis projects. He holds a degree in accounting and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
