What we do

Services: In addition to raising capital from private and institutional investors, the firm offers a range of services to its clients which include the development of investment and marketing strategies appropriate to the condition of the marketplace; advice on private placement memoranda, due diligence documents and other focused marketing materials; research and strategic advice in the energy sector; and guidance on the positioning, timing and pricing of investment products.

Focus: Funds for whom the firm has acted range in size from $20 million to over $1 billion, with the typical range being $100-$500 million. Individual investment commitments range from $3 to $50 million. The firm occasionally helps clients identify strategic and/or cornerstone investors, and may accept mandates to raise capital privately for individual firms in the start up or expansion phase.

Sectors: The firm has accepted a variety of mandates in the following areas: mid-market buyouts, healthcare, technology, media, telecommunications, energy, distressed debt, mezzanine, secondary transactions, emerging markets and hedge funds.

Investors: Historically its investor base has included insurance companies, pension funds, commercial and private banks, investment companies, governments, foundations, endowments and family offices located in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.
